The Symposium “Food Fraud Prevention and Effective Food Allergen Management” jointly organised by MoniQA Association and ISPA-CNR, to take place in Bari, 26-27 January 2017 will continue the successful series of MoniQA Workshops and Symposia, and targets participants from the food industry (special focus SMEs), ingredient suppliers, agricultural producers, retail and trade, consumer organisations, private and public analytical laboratories, representatives from R&D, marketing, quality control, legal departments, as well as food scientists, technologists, analytical method providers, the regulatory environment, authorities and the media.
The workshop will give in depth insight in innovative approaches, newly developed tools and recently introduced analytical methods to combat food fraud and improve food allergen management. These new developments will be linked to real case studies and learnings from recent incidents. Learnings from stakeholder viewpoints, such as food manufacturers, food laboratories, food analytical methods providers, auditors, trainers/teachers, media and communicators, regulatory bodies and policy makers shall complement the scientific programme and stimulate open discussion.

Only a limited number of Platinum and Gold Sponsors will be accepted. For a table top at the small conference exhibition a minimum of Silver Sponsorship is required. Table top spaces are limited and will be granted on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you decide to become a sponsor the more promotion activities leading to the event will be relevant for you.
